Message from the President, Rodney M. Jarrell
The highlighted words below will lead you to some of my favorite articles, read through them and you will understand why.
We realize our competition is good and we must be better. Like our Mission Statement says we work for a select group of General Contractors, I feel this is one major key to our success. These contractors pay their bills, treat their subcontractors like the assets they are and process change orders professionally.
We also treat our customers with the respect they deserve. We retain almost 100% of our customers which is a very important part of our success. Follow up and respect go a long way.
Our mission statement goes on to say we will hire the best available employees and support them with incentives in order to keep them. This year our employees will receive over $100,000.00 in bonuses. That's what we mean by incentives! We have a training facility and continue to teach these loyal employees creative ways to stand out from our competition. Another way we train these assets is through Rapport Leadership weekends, which pays off personally and professionally.
Another valuable part of our team is Our suppliers and we support them by paying their bills on time and not beating them out of every nickel of profit. This allows them to give us good prices and service which is eventually passed on to our customers.
