We now have a new form out there for our service customers. We are asking you, as our customer, to fill out a survey and let us know how we are doing. In return we will enter you in a drawing for Sporting event tickets, dinner certificates or movie passes to be drawn monthly. Some of the questions, from the survey, are listed below.
Was the serviceman courteous?
Did he clean up his mess?
Quality of work done?
Timeliness of our response from initial call?
Would you use our services again and refer us to your friends and business associates?
Did our service technician walk you through the work performed?
We then review the bill and billing information: such as address, contact person, need for P.O. number or other billing notation that should be on our bill.
