The Laveen School District upgraded a portion of their admin offices, bus transport care area and maintenance shop. Building C was a ground-up project that has typical admin offices, training rooms and conference areas. Building D was also ground-up and houses activities related to bus transport, from some admin, to minor repairs to a full size wash and service bay. Building E was a remodel of an existing maintenance shop, and it presented the most challenges. The service voltage was changed, asbestos abatement was required and many of the electrical system components were outdated requiring replacement rather than reconfiguration.
