This two floor TI was built in a mid-rise office complex on Scottsdale Road. UTI provides education for a number of trade related professions. An example is one of the largest motorcycle mechanic schools in the US. This particular office is used for administration and the development of various curriculums. There are multiple architectural styles with modern type finishes.
